We all want to connect with others—to share ideas, explore emotions, and support one another. Each of us develops these aspects of our humanity differently. While many people are equipped with innate tools to socialize effectively, others need support. Gaining an understanding of the complexities and expectations of our social world can be a challenge. Socialkraft uses the power of play to guide individuals towards successful social discoveries.

Here's an idea to keep in mind regarding the importance of using our 'thinking eyes' (what we see/look at is what we are thinking about)... "If you want to truly connect with someone, listening is insufficient; you must observe them." ~Todd Kashdan, Ph.D (author of the book Curious?)

Did you know that..."Non-verbal language is usually seen by others as a reliable reflection of how we actually feel." If you have a child who struggles with reading and interpreting nonverbal cues, it is necessary to teach explicitly how to decode others behavior so that they can get an accurate 'read' in social interactions.
